• Question: Why is Creationism not usually regarded as a scientist theory today..?

      There is a branch of Creationism called “Creation science”, which attempts to provide scientific support for the creation theory. But I don’t know anything about it really.

      I did watch a program with some people in support of it Creationism, but they seemed to not believe in the accepted theories that Science and Geology are based on, so it looks like Creationism and Science cannot be compatible. I gather that Creationists believe that Earth was created 6,000 years ago, where as the research in geoscience and evolution theories places the age of the Earth at about 4.5 billion years ago.
