• Question: what was your first job?

      My very first job was helping out in the nursery of my school during breakfast times and in after school clubs.
      I really enjoyed it, little kids are so much fun!

      I got a job at a pub/restaurant in the uni holidays. It wasn’t particularly glamorous, but I earned some money to pay my rent! I don’t think I was well-suited to being a waiter. I’m quite clumsy and used to drop lots of dishes!

      I delivered papers when I was studying my GCSEs!

      I had to practice guitrar after school on wednesdays so my brother did the round, to get him to do 1 day out of the 6 I had to do it, I had to pay him half my wages! (which was the princely sum of £7 per week so after about 5 hours work, I ended up with £3.50!!)

      I was delivering newspapers, and helped filling shelves in a supermarket.
