When I am in the World War II bunker I do A LOT of experiments.
If you look the third photo in my profile, you’ll see the machine I use the most when I’m in the bunker. They also have some other machines we don’t have at Liverpool. So, I tend to go there for between 2 and 6 weeks at a time and do experiments for 12 hours a day. I tend to work at least one day at the weekend whilst I am there. I don’t usually have time to do much else, except a little tourism around Holland on my day off.
The bunker is in the middle of some botanical gardens, so it can be really pretty, especially during spring and summer.
