• Question: Do you regret choosing this as your career?

      Not at all. Being a scientist lets me investigate things about the natural world that I am interested in. What’s not to love? 🙂

      no way, I get to smash rocks with hammers and huge hydraulic machines and build cool electronic stuff (which very occasionally explodes…) no regrets here!

      Not at all! In addition to what Angus and Simon have said, I think it’s also really cool that I get to travel the world and spend plenty of time outdoors, plus, I get to meet and work with lots of people.
      No regrets!

      No, not really.

      But there are times when I read other bits of science and think “wow that’s cool I want to do that!” But I’m happy what I am doing for now. Maybe in the future I will do something else. But I think I’ll always be a scientist!
