• Question: Do you like your job, or is there another dream job you prefer?

      I love my job. Being a scientist is great because you get to decide when you work (as long as you actually get stuff done!) and you can spend all your time learning new things!

      If I could change anything, though, I would get more chances to go outside. All of my work is done using a computer to run simulations of the atmosphere. It would be nice if I could do some fieldwork. Hopefully I will get a chance to do some at some point.

      I really enjoy my job and right now, I can’t think of anything else I’d rather be doing. In the future, I might change my mind, but I hope to always have a job that involves geology in some way!

      If I could, I would like to do more field work and spend more time teaching the public how great Earth Sciences are!

      I actually LOVE my job, it really is a hobby turned into a something I can earn money with. Just brilliant! I am really happy and thankful it all worked out so nicely.

      Sure there are other things I would love to do (tasting chocolate for a living, testing how comfy beds are by snoozing in them! being a famous rock guitar player…)

      I do really love my job, but I think being an Astronaut would be pretty awesome 🙂 Not many people get to do that, and the likelihood is I won’t either.

      Being a seismologist is good enough for me 🙂
