I had lots of teachers at school, while I liked some more than others, I didn’t dis-like any of them!
My science teachers from secondary school right up to A-level were all great, and helped to really give me the love of science I have today!

It’s funny: In those subjects where I did not like the teacher, I was generally doing quite bad and never developed a real interest in this topic. On the other hand, if the teacher was nice, I started to like even topics I thought I would never like at all. My favourite teacher was a guy who tought PE and geography, but was really a geologist who organised lots of outdoor activities and field trips. But I think I never really liked my maths teachers…

There were some great teachers at school, but the truth is, some were terrible too! Or maybe they were just misunderstood? Who knows 🙂
Many of the science teachers were absolute characters and my school friends and I still laugh many funny episodes. They also had great stories of their lives before being teachers. Our chemistry teacher was a forensic scientist and used chemistry to solve crimes. Pretty cool!

I liked some of them! There are some great teachers and some not so great ones. But trust me, you will remember the good ones forever and you will always be grateful for the help they gave you! My physics teacher once told us he had always wanted to be an assassin!

My favourite were my biology and my geography teachers. I didn’t like the maths and physics teachers, but I had a great time when they both agreed to let us throw water balloons at them during a school fundraiser :)!
