      for a variety of reasons, sometimes it can be dehydration, others can be stress related, others can be from illnesses and other conditions

      in the case of dehydration, the brain actually shrinks slightly, which pulls on the nerves connected to the head which can cause headaches, oftentimes people can find that toothache or sinus pain can turn into a headache, this is known as transfer pain and is carried along nerves like an electronic circuit, so can end up giving you a headache!

      Headaches occur when your body comes under stress of one kind or another but there are so many causes and these cause different parts of the head to hurt. Types of headaches you can get are:
      * head and neck ache from your posture
      * tension headache from being angry
      * sinus headaches from perfumes
      * chemical and electrical changes from changes in pressure (weather)
      * reduced oxygen to the blood from lack of water

      These are just a few. But something to note is that your brain does not have any pain receptors so it’s always the areas of the head (& neck) around the brain that feel the pain.
